Yu-Jen Shih, CFA

Yu-Jen Shih is a portfolio manager, Deputy Director of Research for Templeton Global Investments and Head of Research - Asia ex Japan. His portfolio management responsibilities are focused on Asian equities and China equities. He is also in charge of maintaining the consistency and robustness of the research process and the ongoing development of timely, high quality investment ideas.

Mr. Shih has over two decades of global and Asia investment experience. He was previously with Fullerton Fund Management in Singapore where he was the lead manager of several Asia-focused equity funds. Prior to Fullerton he was an equity portfolio manager at Henderson Global Investors and at Baring Asset Management, based in London.

Mr. Shih holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Engineering from Imperial College. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a native Mandarin speaker.
