Ronan Murphy

Ronan Murphy is head of U.S. consultant relations and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Global and US institutional consultants. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in April 2023, Ronan spent over 17 years as a Director of Consultant Relations at Lazard Asset Management where he was responsible for covering Global, Tier 1 and Tier 2 U.S. based investment consultants.

Previously, he held various responsibilities at Bank of Ireland Asset Management (BIAM) including portfolio specialist, consultant relations specialist and institutional sales. Ronan was responsible for covering both Global and US based institutional investment consultants.

Ronan was also a business development specialist at Christian Brothers Investment Services (CBIS). Prior to that he was a mutual fund Trader at DLJ Pershing.

Ronan earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Information Management from Liverpool John Moore's University.
