Nam Hoang, CFA

Nam Hoang is a vice president and research analyst for Franklin Equity Group, focusing on the telecom and technology industries.

Before joining Franklin Templeton in 2006, Ms. Hoang was an equity research analyst at Fred Alger Management. Prior to entering the investment research field in 1997, she was with Westinghouse Electric and Digital Equipment Corp.

Ms. Hoang holds a B.S. in computer science and an M.S. in electrical engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
