Brian Rood

Brian Rood joined Franklin Templeton in July 2006 and is a member of the Global Equity Trading team based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Rood is the generalist for Canadian equity markets and is responsible for equity derivative trading.

Prior to his current position, he worked on the Cash/FX desk trading short term T-bills, agency notes, and cash deposits.

Mr. Rood graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Finance.
