Barbara Ziegler

Barbara Ziegler is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors across the west coast region of the United States.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2023, Ms. Ziegler was an Institutional Relationship Manager at DoubleLine Capital since 2016 where she fostered new client relationships across all plan types. Prior to that, she held Marketing Executive and Head of Global Client Service Support roles at Western Asset Management Company, now a specialist investment manager of Franklin Templeton.

Ms. Ziegler earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She holds both Series 7 and 63 licenses.
